Join the medical professionals at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, a trusted name in health care. You will be part of a team focused on delivering patient-centered care. That’s what Dr. Mavis Kelsey, a fifth-generation Texan, dreamed of more than 60 years ago after returning to Houston from the prestigious Mayo Clinic. He envisioned the creation of a premier medical group combining primary care with the highly focused expertise of specialists in many medical fields.

Today, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic has more than 400 physicians at over 20 clinic locations in and around Houston practicing in more than 50 medical specialties. These doctors choose to practice medicine together in a collaborative group practice rather than in a solo or small group practice. As a physician at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, you will join an organization led by physicians who value the ability to collaborate and share information as a team on behalf of their patients.

The wound clinic advanced practice clinician (NP/PA) will coordinate and manage comprehensive wound care protocols for the Kelsey-Seybold patient population.  The APC will work in a variety of wound care settings related to the care of patients with wounds related to burn injury, prolonged pressure, venous stasis, systemic disease (diabetes, autoimmune) and chronic comorbidities.  Clinical responsibilities will include patient management in the clinic, performing advance wound care procedures and coordinating care for the patients between the primary care, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, podiatric surgery, plastic surgery and the palliative care teams. This job is located at our Meyerland Clinic and is Monday-Friday 8a-5p.
