Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is Houston's premier multispecialty group practice, founded in 1949 by Dr. Mavis Kelsey in Houston's famous Texas Medical Center. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is recruiting for a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as a full-time medical provider at our Main Campus Clinic. This person would also serve as the Float Provider for our compnay based clinic. The employer is one of the largest governmental employers within the Greater Houston Area with 7,000 employees located within a few city blocks of the Onsite Clinic. The Onsite Medical Clinic is located in downtown Houston. Physician support will be provided Kelsey-Seybold’s Houston Center location which is just seven city blocks or a half mile away.
As an adult primary care practice, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing examinations and evaluations, diagnoses, treatment, follow-up consultation and health education for adult patients. The Onsite Clinic will provide CLIA waived testing and other diagnostic services. The practice will coordinate care as needed with other primary care and specialty physicians as well as use of appropriate sand ancillary facilities located at other Kelsey-Seybold locations. Rotation through different Kelsey-Seybold locations as part of training process will be required.
